Clomid in Kenya contains clomiphene citrate 50mg in a tablet form. It is the primary agent in the treatment of infertility in female within the child bearing age.

The usual dose by mouth is 50¬†mg of clomifene citrate daily for 5 days, starting on or about the 5th day of the menstrual cycle or at any time if there is amenorrhoea (absence of a menstrual period in a woman of reproductive age). If ovulation does not occur, a course of 100¬†mg daily for 5 days may be given starting as early as 30 days after the previous one
