Prolonged erection has also occurred to some patients. the hyper tention patient are warned not to use this drug as serious cardiovascular events may occur including death.

In erectile dysfunction , the dosage is Negax 50mg 1 tablet about 30min – 1 hour before intercourse. However this dose may be increased or reduced. The maximum recommended dose is 100mg within 24 hours. Sildenafil should be taken once within 24 hours and  not more.
